The B&K Precision 5493CGPIB is a 6.5 digit bench digital multimeter (DMM) equipped with a GPIB interface. As part of the 5490C Series, this model offers high-accuracy measurements with a resolution of up to 7½ digits, but the 5493C specifically provides 6.5 digit resolution.
