The Site Master S820E microwave cable and antenna analyzer is the most advanced solution in the Site Master product family. Based on a true four channel receiver design, the Site Master S820E offers true VNA performance in a portable package. Optional VNA mode proved fully reversing S-parameter measurements, and an optional Vector Voltmeter mode (VVM) with standard A/B and B/A ration may be used as a drop-in replacement for legacy VVM Products.
The Anritsu S820E Microwave Site Master is a handheld cable and antenna analyzer designed for field use in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of microwave communication systems. It offers frequency coverage from 1 MHz up to 40 GHz, depending on the selected frequency option, and features a high dynamic range and low trace noise for accurate measurements. The S820E supports a wide range of measurement functions, including return loss, VSWR, cable loss, and distance-to-fault (DTF), as well as advanced features such as time domain reflectometry (TDR) and Smith chart display. Its rugged, lightweight design and intuitive touchscreen interface make it suitable for demanding outdoor environments. The instrument must be ordered with at least one frequency option to enable operation within the desired frequency range.
