The LanTEK Fiber Optic Video Inspection Probe (R163-VIP) from TREND Networks is an accessory designed for use with LanTEK III and LanTEK IV cable certifiers. This probe enables users to inspect fiber optic connector end-faces for contamination or damage, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. The R163-VIP provides high-resolution video images of fiber end-faces, which can be viewed directly on the LanTEK certifiers display. It supports various connector types with interchangeable tips (sold separately) and is powered directly from the certifier via USB connection, eliminating the need for external batteries.
