The R&S®RTO6-B6 is an arbitrary waveform and pattern generator option for the R&S®RTO6 oscilloscope series. It provides two analog channels and eight digital channels, each with 14-bit vertical resolution. The generator supports a bandwidth of 100 MHz, a maximum sampling rate of 500 MSa/s, and a memory depth of 40 MSa per channel. This option is retrofittable and enables users to generate complex analog and digital signals directly from the oscilloscope. The R&S®RTO6-B6 cannot be combined with the R&S®RTO6-B7 option. It is designed to enhance the signal generation capabilities of the R&S®RTO6 series for advanced testing and debugging applications.
