The Rohde & Schwarz 1420.7500.02 is a hardware option for the R&S®SMAB vector signal generator series, specifically designed to provide high output power at frequencies of 31.8 GHz and 40 GHz. This option requires the installation of one of the frequency extension options (R&S®SMAB-B131, B140, or B140N) as well as the 3HU mechanical option (R&S®SMAB-B93). It is a factory-installed hardware upgrade and cannot be retrofitted after delivery. The option enhances the output power performance of the generator at the specified high-frequency bands, supporting demanding test and measurement applications in advanced communications and radar system development.
