Rohde & Schwarz Pulse measurement application (software license)
The R&S®FSx-K6 Pulse Measurements software option (part number 1346.3330.02) enables comprehensive analysis of pulsed signals on Rohde & Schwarz spectrum analyzers such as the FSV, FSVA, and FSW series. This application provides automatic measurement and evaluation of key pulse parameters including pulse width, rise/fall time, pulse repetition interval, duty cycle, and amplitude droop.
