Rohde & Schwarz History and segmented memory (software license)
The R&S®RTB-PK1, part number 1333.1040.02, is a software license option for the R&S®RTB2000 digital oscilloscope series from Rohde & Schwarz. This option enables the history and segmented memory functions, allowing users to capture and analyze up to 160,000 individual waveform segments. The history function provides access to previously acquired waveforms for detailed analysis, while the segmented memory feature is ideal for capturing rare or intermittent events by storing only relevant signal segments. This enhances troubleshooting and debugging capabilities, making it easier to identify and analyze signal anomalies. The license is activated via a key code and does not require additional hardware.
