The Extension to 6 GB IQ Memory (part number 1331.6451.02) is an official Rohde & Schwarz software license option for the R&S®FSW signal and spectrum analyzer series. This upgrade expands the IQ memory capacity to 6 GB, enabling longer acquisition times and enhanced analysis capabilities for wideband signals. It is compatible with the R&S®FSW-B160 and B320 bandwidth options and requires the presence of either R&S®FSW-B160, B160R, or B320 with Detector Extension Board, Rev 2 (1328.4300.xx). The option is user-retrofittable, allowing customers to install the license themselves without hardware modifications. This extension is ideal for applications demanding extended signal capture and post-processing.
