Rohde & Schwarz 6GHz bandwidth upgrade for R&S®RTO2012/4 incl. calibration (for models 1329.7002.xx) (hardware option)
The R&S®RTO-B220 (1329.7183.02) is a hardware bandwidth upgrade option for the R&S®RTO2012 and R&S®RTO2014 oscilloscopes, specifically for models with part numbers 1329.7002.xx. This upgrade increases the analog bandwidth of the oscilloscope to 6 GHz and includes a calibration service to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance with Rohde & Schwarz specifications. The upgrade is performed by authorized Rohde & Schwarz service personnel and is designed to extend the measurement capabilities of the R&S®RTO2000 series, enabling advanced signal analysis for high-speed digital and RF applications. The upgrade maintains full compatibility with existing features and software options of the R&S®RTO2012/4.
