The R&S®FSWP-B60 cross correlation hardware option (part number 1325.3719.08) enables cross correlation phase noise measurements on the R&S®FSWP8 phase noise analyzer in the frequency range from 1 MHz to 8 GHz. This option is designed to significantly improve phase noise sensitivity by using two independent measurement channels and advanced cross correlation algorithms, allowing users to achieve lower measurement noise floors. The option includes the R&S®FSWP-B4 low phase noise reference oscillator, ensuring optimal performance for demanding phase noise and signal purity applications. The R&S®FSWP-B60 is a hardware upgrade and does not include the R&S®FSWP-B60 option itself, which must be ordered separately if required.
