The R&S®FSWP-B62 is a signal source option designed for additive phase noise measurements with the R&S®FSWP phase noise analyzer and VCO tester. It provides a model-dependent frequency range from 10 MHz up to a maximum of 18 GHz, with fine output level adjustment in 0.1 dB steps. This option enables precise characterization of phase noise performance in active devices such as amplifiers and frequency converters. The R&S®FSWP-B62 requires the presence of either the R&S®FSWP-B60 or R&S®FSWP-B61 hardware options for operation. It is intended for advanced research, development, and production testing environments where low phase noise and high measurement accuracy are critical.
