Rohde & Schwarz Cross correlation for phase noise analyzer R&S®FSWP50 from 1MHz to 50GHz (hardware option)
The R&S®FSWP-B60 cross correlation hardware option (part number 1322.9800.50) is designed for the R&S®FSWP50 phase noise analyzer and VCO tester. This option enables cross correlation measurements from 1 MHz to 50 GHz, significantly improving phase noise sensitivity by reducing the instrument's inherent noise floor. By using two parallel measurement channels and advanced signal processing, the cross correlation technique allows for highly accurate phase noise and AM noise measurements, especially for low-noise sources. The hardware is fully integrated into the FSWP50, supporting automated and repeatable measurements for demanding applications in research, development, and production environments.
