Keysight Technologies Inc. High Impedance Adapter for Infiniium Oscilloscopes (SMA to BNC)
The N5449A high impedance adapter allows connection of probes that require a high impedance input to the Infiniium 90000-x Series oscilloscopes. The adapter allows you to use a high impedance passive probe, 1147A AC/DC current probe or N2790A high voltage differential probe with the Infiniium 90000-x Series oscilloscope. The adapter comes with a N2873A 500 MHz 10:1 passive probe.
