The Keithley 6482 Dual-Channel Picoammeter/Voltage Source is a precision instrument designed for low-level current measurements and voltage sourcing. It features two independent picoammeter channels, each capable of measuring currents from 200 fA to 20 mA with high accuracy and low noise. The 6482 also provides two voltage source channels, each capable of sourcing up to ±12 V with 500 mV resolution. The instrument offers a wide dynamic range, fast measurement speeds, and built-in data logging capabilities. It is ideal for applications such as photodiode testing, leakage current measurements, and other sensitive low-current measurements.
