The Keithley 2657A High Power System SourceMeter SMU Instrument is a single-channel, high voltage source measure unit designed for high voltage semiconductor device characterization and test. It provides precision sourcing and measurement capabilities up to 3000 V, sourcing up to 180 W, and measuring currents from 1 fA to 120 mA. The 2657A integrates a precision power supply, true current source, 6½-digit multimeter, and electronic load into one instrument, enabling sourcing and measurement of both voltage and current with high accuracy. It is ideal for applications such as breakdown voltage, leakage current, and high voltage capacitance measurements. The 2657A-US model is configured for use in the United States.
