The Keithley 2651A High Power System SourceMeter SMU Instrument is a single-channel, high current source measure unit designed for high power semiconductor device characterization and production test. It provides precision sourcing and measurement capabilities with up to 50A pulse and 20A DC current sourcing, and voltage sourcing up to 40V. The 2651A features dual 22-bit A/D converters for simultaneous voltage and current measurements, and supports both pulsed and DC operation. It is equipped with TSP-Link technology for scalable, multi-channel applications and is suitable for testing power semiconductors, LEDs, laser diodes, and other high current devices. The 2651A offers advanced measurement functions, flexible programming, and integration with Keithleys Test Script Processor (TSP) for automation and complex test sequencing.
