The Anritsu MS4640B-048 is the Differential Noise Figure measurement option for the VectorStar MS4640B Series Vector Network Analyzers. This option enables advanced differential noise figure measurements, supporting both single-ended and true differential devices. For the MS4642B model, Option 48 requires either Option 61 or 62 (sold separately). For the MS4644B and MS4647B models, Option 48 requires Option 51 and either Option 61 or 62 (sold separately).
