The TGF3220 from Aim and Thurlby Thandar Instruments (Ametek) is a dual channel function, pulse, and arbitrary waveform generator with a maximum frequency of 25MHz. It features high resolution direct digital synthesis (DDS) technology, providing precise and stable output waveforms. The instrument supports standard waveforms such as sine, square, ramp, pulse, and noise, as well as user-defined arbitrary waveforms with up to 128k points. Both channels are fully independent and can be coupled for synchronous operation. The TGF3220 offers advanced modulation capabilities including AM, FM, PM, PWM, FSK, and sweep/burst modes. Connectivity options include USB and LXI-compliant LAN interfaces for remote control and integration into automated test systems.
