The AESKULISA AMA-M2-M is an ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) test kit developed by AESKU for the quantitative determination of anti-mitochondrial antibodies (AMA) of the M2 subtype in human serum. This assay is intended for research use only (RUO) and is designed to support the detection of autoimmune liver diseases, such as primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). The kit utilizes microplate wells coated with purified M2 antigen, providing high specificity and sensitivity for the detection of AMA-M2 antibodies.
