AESKULISA® CeliCheck New Generation is an ELISA-based assay designed for the combined detection of anti-deamidated gliadin peptide (DGP) IgA/IgG, anti-tissue transglutaminase (tTG) IgA/IgG, and total IgA antibodies in human serum. This comprehensive celiac disease screening tool enables simultaneous analysis of multiple serological markers, supporting the diagnosis of celiac disease and the identification of IgA deficiency. The assay is intended for research use only (RUO) and provides high sensitivity and specificity through the use of recombinant antigens and optimized protocols.
