The UroLift® 2 Implant Cartridge Handle Kit (UL2-CHK) by NeoTract, Inc. is a sterile, single-use kit designed for use with the UroLift® System, a minimally invasive treatment for lower urinary tract symptoms due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
