The N5441A InfiniiMax III solder-in probe head is an economical semi-permanent connection that provides up to 16 GHz of system bandwidth. Variable span of the leads ranges from 5 mil 80 mil (0.127 mm 2 mm). It is compatible with all InfiniiMax III probe amplifiers. For higher bandwidth solder-in probing up to 26 GHz, use the N2836A.
