The Keysight N5222BU-660 is a factory upgrade option for the PNA Series network analyzers, specifically designed to add 4-port measurement capability to an existing N5222B analyzer configured with option 200 (2-port, 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz) and version 7 synthesizer. This upgrade enables full 4-port S-parameter measurements, supporting advanced multiport device characterization, including balanced and differential measurements. The upgrade maintains the analyzers high dynamic range, low trace noise, and fast measurement speed, ensuring accurate and efficient testing for demanding RF and microwave applications.
