The R&S®RTB2004 digital oscilloscope (part number 1335.8794.04) features four analog channels with a bandwidth of 100 MHz, which is upgradable to 1 GHz via software options. It offers a maximum real-time sampling rate of 2.5 GSa/s per channel (5 GSa/s interleaved) and a memory depth of up to 80 Msample. The oscilloscope is equipped with a 10-bit vertical ADC for enhanced signal fidelity and a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display for intuitive operation.
