The Keithley 2602B-HYS is a special option for the 2602B SourceMeter SMU Instrument, specifically configured for use with Hysitron systems. The 2602B is a dual-channel SourceMeter that combines a precision power supply, true current source, 6½-digit DMM, arbitrary waveform generator, and pulse generator into one instrument. The HYS option is a factory-installed configuration that ensures compatibility and optimized performance with Hysitron nanoindentation and nanomechanical test systems. This option is only available for integration with Hysitron equipment and is not a standard catalog item.
