The Anritsu SM6629 Pulse Modulator Test Set is designed for use with the VectorStar MS4642B and MS4644B Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs). It supports pulse modulation testing up to 40 GHz and enables both source and receiver modulation. The SM6629 is compatible with MS4642B units equipped with Option 61 or 62, and MS4644B units with Option 51, 61, or 62. All VNAs must also include Options 35 and 42 for proper operation. This test set is intended for advanced pulsed-RF measurements, such as those required in radar and defense applications, and integrates seamlessly with the VectorStar platform to provide high-performance, accurate pulsed S-parameter measurements.
