The HP 1660ES adds an integrated oscilloscope to the HP 1660E product. Some of the tougher hardware problems can be
found only with the digital triggering capabilities of a logic analyzer and can only be solved with the analog resolution of an
oscilloscope. That's why the ES model comes with a built-in, 500 MHz, 2 GS/s oscilloscope that can be triggered by the logic
analyzer. Designers can view both analog and digital signals simultaneously on the integrated display of the logic analyzer. Now
you can see what the bus lines really look like at critical moments.
The VGA resolution, color, flat-panel display helps you to find information quickly, and the well-designed user interface gets
you to the answer in less time. Navigating through the user interface is made simple via your choice of either mouse or
front-panel operation. An optional PC-style keyboard is also supported. The compact, all-in-one design saves space on a
crowded lab bench.
