The NI PXIe-6555 is one of the most comprehensive and flexible NI high-speed digital I/O modules for validation or production test. It is a 200 MHz digital waveform generator/analyzer with 4-quadrant per pin parametric measurement unit (PPMU) capability. Each of the 24 PPMU-capable data channels can generate or acquire digital data or perform DC parametric measurements on the fly. This module offers independent per channel adjustment of voltage levels, timing offsets, and parametric measurements. In addition, the module contains deep onboard memory with triggering and pattern sequencing.

The NI-HSDIO driver software offers an intuitive and flexible API, which provides numerous advanced features such as hardware-timed stimulus and response, timing and analog calibration across temperature, and board power consumption measurements. With the NI PXIe-6555 module, you can implement a wide range of functional and parametric tests on a variety of semiconductor devices.

The NI Digital Waveform Editor is an interactive software tool that you can use with the NI PXIe-6555 to quickly and easily create, edit, and import digital waveforms without the use of a programming language. The NI PXIe-6555 is shipped with the NI Digital Waveform Editor free of charge.
