Keithley Instruments Inc. 4225-PMU ULTRA-FAST PULSE MEASURE UNIT
The Keithley 4225-PMU Ultra-Fast Pulse Measure Unit is an accessory module designed for the 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer. It enables high-speed pulsed I-V sourcing and measurement capabilities, supporting pulse widths as short as 60 ns and measurement windows as short as 100 ns. The 4225-PMU is ideal for advanced semiconductor device characterization, including NBTI, TDDB, and other reliability testing, as well as for minimizing device self-heating and charge trapping effects. It provides two independent channels per module, each capable of sourcing and measuring up to ±40 V and ±800 mA, with a maximum pulse current of 800 mA. The module integrates seamlessly with the 4200A-SCS system, allowing for synchronized pulse generation and measurement, and is fully supported by the Clarius software environment for automated test sequencing and data analysis.
