Industry Leading Output Power Performance

Option 1EA provides superior output power performance up to 40 GHz and often eliminates the need for external amplifiers. Output power improves over standard performance typically 11 dB (see data sheet for details). This can result in measured output powers of up to +22 dBm or higher with excellent level accuracies for precise characterization of your device under test.

Typical Applications

Option 1EA is recommended for signal generation applications that require high power signals to stress the devices under test. Use the additional output power to compensate for path losses from system components or to effectively characterize transceivers. Common test applications include amplifier linearity verification, blocking and interference generation, and receiver maximum input level characterization.

This option can be added as a product upgrade.
