Agilent Technologies, Inc. N5172B-1EL Differential I/Q outputs

Key Features & Specifications

  • Adds differential I/Q outputs by adding the complimentary I and Q signals to the standard single ended I/Q outputs
  • Maximizes dynamic range by minimizing common mode noise on single ended outputs

Description

Access to differential analog I/Q signals

Option 1EL provides user access to differential analog I and Q output signals from the baseband generator (Options 651, 652, or 654). Differential signals provide higher dynamic range and less noise than standard single-ended analog I and Q output signals.

Typical applications

Access to differential analog I and Q signal outputs allows development engineers to use the same signal as RF engineers for baseband design evaluation prior to modulation onto the carrier.

This option can be added as a product upgrade.
