The Keithley 6221 AC and DC Current Source is a precision instrument designed for sourcing both AC and DC currents from 100 fA to 100 mA with a compliance voltage of up to 105 V. It features built-in Ethernet and RS-232 interfaces for remote control, and can generate programmable current waveforms with frequencies up to 100 kHz. The 6221 is ideal for applications such as resistance measurements, Hall effect measurements, and device characterization.
