The NI 5191 is an active differential probe with 800 MHz input bandwidth and a 10:1 attenuation ratio, so you can use it with high-speed digitizers such as the NI 5152/53/54 or with stand-alone oscilloscopes for many different high-speed measurement applications. You can power the probe from a host PC or embedded controllers USB port using the supplied USB cable, or from a 9 V alkaline battery.
