The NI TBX-2809 is a 96-pin screw-terminal breakout that you can connect to the NI SwitchBlock through the 96-pin cable for the NI SwitchBlock.
To create custom terminal blocks, use the NI 2807 connector kit for NI SwitchBlock, which includes one 96-pin SCSI connector or one 160-pin DIN connector.
