Multimode reader features include: variable bandwidth monochromator and filter-based fluorescence intensity, monochromator UV-Vis absorbance, luminescence, filtered luminescence, fluorescence polarization, time-resolved fluorescence and alpha laser. Incubation to 65 deg C and shaking.
