Warranties cover equipment failure only. These warranties do not include periodic recalibration. If TestMart receives notice of defects or non-conformance to specifications during the warranty period, TestMart will, at its option, repair (and recalibrate only as necessitated by repairs), or replace the affected equipment. Customer agrees to pay shipping expenses for equipment to and from TestMart when warranty repairs are requested.
New equipment is shipped with the full Original Equipment Manufacturer's Warranty. Extended warranties are optionally provided at additional cost where offered by the manufacturer.
THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT TestMart IS NOT THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PROPERTY. TestMart HAS NOT MADE OR DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TESTMART MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PROPERTY WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY PATENT OR PROPERTY RIGHT OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
