Option RFP provides the creation of ISDB-T waveform signals. Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting (ISDB) is a Japanese standard for digital television (DTV) and digital radio used by the country's radio and television stations. ISDB-T and ISDB-TSB standards are the digital terrestrial broadcasting systems developed by Japans Association of Radio Industries and Business (ARIB). ISDB-T, as a terrestrial broadcasting system, has also been adopted by Brazil, where it is called ISDB-TB. ISDB-T and ISDB-TB both use an identical physical layer. ISDB-TSB is used for audio and data program transmissions.
N7623B-RFP advanced ISDB-T option simplified the creation of ISDB-T, ISDB-TB or ISDB-TSB modulated signal which are fully validated and optimized for RF performance. Easily generate ISDB-T ideal signal or signal with frequency error, clock error, AWGN, I/Q impairments, multi-paths or multi-carriers to test the transmitter component, receiver performance test, receiver chipset design, receiver module integration or receiver manufacturing. Create ISDB-T signals with data pattern as payload for BER test or with ColorBar sample or MPEG2-TS file as payload with seamless playback for subjective test.
