Install the ESG into an EIA Standard 19-Inch Rack or Cabinet
The E4428C ESG analog signal generator equipped with Option 1CP supplies a rackmount flange and front handle kit. This kit contains a pair of flanges, two handles, and the necessary hardware to mount the signal generator into an EIA standard 19-inch (482.6 mm) rack or cabinet. The flanges are attached to the signal generator using the pre-existing holes in the instrument case, and secure the signal generator to the front mounting column of the rack. When installed, the signal generator occupies 3 rack EIA units in the cabinet (5.25 inch (133 mm)).
